Registration fees

Early registration fees April April 30th 2019 – June 15th  2019 US$350
Late registration fees June 16st 2019 – July 20th 2019 US$400
Onsite registration US$450
Accompanying person registration fee US$250

The registration fee includes name badge (required for admittance to conference events), conference program, attendee list, welcome reception, dinner offsite, wine tour, lunch and coffee breaks during the conference. Registration fees include taxes.

We are pleased to receive accompanying persons with conference attendees. The registration fee for accompanying persons includes Welcome Reception, Dinner Offsite, Wine Tour, but no admission to the academic sessions.

Payment method

All payments must be made in USD.
Online payments should be done using credit card.
Onsite registration payment are in cash only.

Cancellation Policy:

• All cancellations must be received in writing. Send cancellation requests through email to JAAF@fen.uchile.cl
• Cancellation requests received after June 15th, 2019 will incur a $100.00 cancellation charge
• No refunds will be available for no-shows or cancellations after July 25th, 2019

Registration and payments issue:

• If you try to register and the attempt was unsuccessfull, please send an email to JAAF@fen.uchile.cl so we can honor the online registration fees and  you can pay with your credit card on-site at the conference
